Account Executive, Australia (Remote)

Win and qualify small and midsize business customers for VistaPrint’s print and promotional products. Build the sales pipeline, close agreements, and transition new customers to account teams.

Descriere

  • Find, qualify, and close agreements with new small and midsize business clients.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
  • Present and consultatively sell print and promotional products to business owners, executives, procurement and office managers, and marketing specialists.
  • Guide prospects from first contact through agreement, then hand accounts to the Account Teams.
  • Work with sales leaders and marketing, product, and other teams to spot industry trends and pursue opportunities.
  • Focus on customer service and feedback.
  • Deliver solutions on time and in line with partners’ needs and objectives.
  • Share monthly and quarterly initiatives and KPIs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations and difficult conversations independently, involving Customer Care and management when needed.
  • Develop and qualify the customer pipeline for Vista Corporate Services.
  • Qualify inbound leads and secure strong partnerships under the Sales Manager’s direction.

Cerințe

  • 3–5 years of business development and sales experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, or knowledge of these tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience working toward demanding commercial targets.
  • Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is desirable.
  • Experience in the print industry is desirable.
  • Customer-facing sales or retail experience.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commercial judgment.
  • Understanding of how to deliver profitable partnerships and positive customer outcomes.
  • Understanding of graphic design, pre-press, printing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, especially by phone and email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and meet deadlines.
