Reconcile payment activity, monitor funding accounts, and resolve operational inquiries as part of Nomura’s Treasury Operations team. This full-time, onsite role is based in New York.
Descriere
- Reconcile daily payments through the main funding accounts.
- Investigate and resolve funding inquiries from stakeholders across the organization.
- Coordinate with internal partners to process payment requests accurately and on time.
- Monitor payment platforms and address issues during operating hours.
- Manage funding accounts to maintain enough cash for business needs throughout the day.
- Review and verify documentation for client payments flagged against potential OFAC or watch lists.
- Handle shared mailboxes, phone calls, and other inquiries to resolve daily issues.
Cerințe
- At least one year of full-time or internship experience in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Series 99 qualification for operations professionals is preferred.
- Apply careful due diligence to ensure work is accurate.
- Use problem-solving skills to think and respond quickly.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Show initiative by resolving issues, asking questions, and identifying needed actions.
- Research exceptions and develop corrective paths.
