Tavsif

  • Reconcile daily payments through the main funding accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve funding inquiries from stakeholders across the organization.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to process payment requests accurately and on time.
  • Monitor payment platforms and address issues during operating hours.
  • Manage funding accounts to maintain enough cash for business needs throughout the day.
  • Review and verify documentation for client payments flagged against potential OFAC or watch lists.
  • Handle shared mailboxes, phone calls, and other inquiries to resolve daily issues.

Talablar

  • At least one year of full-time or internship experience in financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Series 99 qualification for operations professionals is preferred.
  • Apply careful due diligence to ensure work is accurate.
  • Use problem-solving skills to think and respond quickly.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
