Descriere

  • Represent TurFresh across its social channels and manage its online community.
  • Respond to every Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Birdseye review within 48 hours.
  • Address negative reviews and public complaints, move discussions offline, and escalate issues to Customer Service.
  • Create and maintain guidelines for responding to reviews.
  • Partner with Customer Service to encourage more customer reviews.
  • Track ratings, review volume, response rates, and recurring themes by location.
  • Reply to comments, direct messages, and mentions across social platforms.
  • Monitor local groups, Reddit, and review sites for conversations about TurFresh, competitors, and turf care.
  • Direct sales and service inquiries to Customer Service through GoHighLevel.
  • Prepare a weekly listening digest covering questions, objections, complaints, competitor activity, and content ideas.
  • Build a weekly channel calendar from the content pillars.
  • Write hooks, captions, story copy, and calls to action for each channel.
  • Brief creative resources and make basic visual edits.
  • Coordinate content capture in the field with technicians.
  • Schedule and publish content through GoHighLevel Social Planner on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Review and approve AI-generated calendars, captions, replies, and reports; refine prompts and brand voice guidelines.
  • Report weekly on publishing and performance, with organic and paid results shown separately.
  • Plan and run copy and format tests, then document the findings.

Cerințe

  • At least three years managing social media and online communities for a brand or agency.
  • Excellent written English, with a natural tone for U.S. homeowners.
  • Demonstrated experience in community management.
  • Experience managing brand reputation and handling high volumes of reviews on Google Business Profile, Yelp, or Birdseye.
  • Experience with social listening tools, either native platform tools or services such as Sprout Social or Brand24.
  • Demonstrated results supported by metrics, including channel growth and post performance.
  • Basic visual editing skills with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Able to use AI for drafting while maintaining quality, accuracy, and sound brand judgment.
  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to follow through and escalate early with a recommendation.
