Descriere
- Coordinate ASL interpreting and CART captioning requests from intake through completion
- Schedule interpreters and captioners for meetings, conferences, trainings, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and community partners
- Respond to schedule changes, urgent requests, and operational challenges
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing coordination of independent contractors
- Find ways to improve workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor service quality and ensure assignments are accurate and on time
- Work with the team to strengthen operations and deliver a strong customer experience
- Build skills for a potential future Team Lead role
Cerințe
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, scheduling, client services, customer success, event coordination, or a related field
- Show leadership potential and interest in progressing to a Team Lead role
- Have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Have experience coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, or service providers
- Be comfortable using technology, scheduling systems, and business software
- Take ownership, manage changing priorities, and look for process improvements
- Be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Be interested in a long-term career with a growing company
- Live within 20 miles of Clayton, Missouri
- Be able to commute throughout the Greater St. Louis area
- Have reliable transportation for client meetings, networking, training, and occasional operational support
- Have reliable high-speed internet and a private, professional home workspace
- Be comfortable and professional on camera for required video meetings
