Remote Supply Chain Data Analyst – Planning & Analytics, Austria
Build Power BI dashboards and automate supply chain reporting for RHI Magnesita. Deliver KPI insights that support its global refractory manufacturing operations.
Descriere
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reports for supply chain teams.
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting needs, assess performance, and share findings for business reviews.
- Streamline recurring reports and workflows with automation and self-service tools.
- Use approved AI tools to assist with analysis and reporting, checking results against source data.
- Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and document metrics, calculations, and data sources.
- Help users with analytics tools and prepare reporting for supply reviews, S&OP, and IBP processes.
- Manage the NAM S&OP KPI scorecard from its data model through monthly reviews.
- Automate recurring manual reports.
- Record definitions and data sources for core supply chain KPIs.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems, analytics, data science, business, or a related field; equivalent experience is also accepted.
- At least two years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
- Practical Power BI experience developing reports and working with data models, Power Query, and DAX.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Experience combining data from multiple sources and checking its accuracy.
- Experience improving or automating recurring reports.
- Advanced written and spoken English for collaboration with US and Canadian stakeholders.
- Able to explain analytical findings to business partners and manage competing priorities.
