Descriere

  • Convert inbound sales opportunities by communicating product benefits and working toward assigned objectives and quotas.
  • Help customers place orders and recommend product information and advice based on their needs.
  • Confirm that proposed products, services, and solutions appropriately address customer requirements.
  • Meet department standards for sales, quality, and productivity while striving to exceed daily and monthly goals.
  • Identify customer concerns and emerging trends, document them accurately, and escalate them through the proper channels.
  • Keep product expertise current through training sessions and regular updates to product documentation.
  • Complete additional responsibilities assigned by management within the scope of the role.
  • Help implement, maintain, and continuously improve TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Cerințe

  • A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in any field.
  • Related work experience of around two years is preferred, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time-management skills and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks.
  • Confidence using computers and multiple systems, with the adaptability to learn new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication, plus proficiency in the language of the assigned market.
