Descriere

  • Handle creator support tickets from initial response through resolution, escalating complex matters to the Community Manager
  • Guide creators through onboarding, program updates, and ongoing inquiries
  • Strengthen the creator community through communications, member assistance, and participation initiatives
  • Represent Creator.co across community and social media channels
  • Suggest content concepts and create occasional short-form posts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor action items for creator programs and partner registrations
  • Compile and organize data for monthly performance reports
  • Improve creator support workflows and put process enhancements into practice
  • Keep standard operating procedures and process documentation current
  • Relay creator feedback and feature suggestions to the Product team
  • Assist with testing new Creator Storefront features
  • Provide administrative and research support as team priorities evolve

Cerințe

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, community work, or another comparable customer-facing role
  • Have experience using Zendesk or a comparable helpdesk system
  • Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally in written English
  • Demonstrate strong organization and careful attention to detail
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and own issues through resolution
  • Learn new software and digital tools quickly
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in practical ways to improve workflows, solve problems, reduce repetitive work, and increase efficiency
  • Feel comfortable representing Creator.co on social media, including creating posts and appearing on camera for short-form content
  • Nice to have: experience with a CRM or community platform such as Attio or Circle
  • Nice to have: familiarity with creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing
  • Nice to have: basic content creation experience
  • Nice to have: education or experience in business, communications, or marketing
