Descriere

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements for enterprise brands alongside Customer Success Managers.
  • Assess customer workflows, connect social media strategy to business goals, and advise on industry trends.
  • Counsel VP- and CMO-level stakeholders, using social intelligence and cross-platform analytics to improve brand performance and show ROI.
  • Develop tailored performance reports, executive presentations, social care and publishing playbooks, workflow audits, and strategy workshops.
  • Support influencer marketing, social customer care, and employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Expand customer growth and adoption of platform features.
  • Manage full-cycle implementations of Sprout’s Core Platform, Employee Advocacy, and Influencer Marketing products.
  • Guide customers through design, setup, training, and validation, including onboarding, change management, and technical configuration.
  • Set up account structures, user permissions, tagging systems, and automated message routing rules.
  • Train administrators and end users on Sprout products.
  • Provide consulting, implementation guidance, executive presentations, and training in English and Spanish.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables with Kantata, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and approved AI tools.
  • Improve internal consulting processes and templates.

Cerințe

  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • At least four years of experience in social media strategy, professional services, software implementation, or strategic SaaS consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social strategies.
  • Experience creating tailored consulting materials, executive playbooks, and strategic reporting frameworks.
  • Experience training external audiences and working with complex software platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation and change management.
  • Understanding of how project delivery contributes to customer value.
  • Proven project management skills, including managing multiple customer engagements and deliverables at once.
  • Background in a social agency, enterprise brand social team, or dedicated SaaS consulting practice preferred.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing, social customer care, or employee advocacy preferred.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to turn social intelligence, listening metrics, and native platform insights into business growth opportunities preferred.
  • Experience making executive-level recommendations and facilitating interactive workshops preferred.
  • Familiarity with collaboration across the software lifecycle preferred.
