Descriere

  • Lead and oversee account management operations
  • Guide and motivate daily collaboration between account teams and clients
  • Strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Develop and deliver strategic concepts and hands-on work
  • Advance tactical agency projects while meeting delivery standards and deadlines
  • Act as a senior, solution-focused manager connecting client and agency teams
  • Translate business, customer, and market insights into strategies and marketing programs across traditional and digital Pharma and Life Sciences channels, media, analytics, and MarTech
  • Align agency capabilities with client expectations
  • Keep client teams informed about progress, campaigns, and deliverables
  • Partner with clients on strategy, ideas, industry trends, and thought leadership
  • Build trusted client partnerships while meeting client and agency needs
  • Approve internal agency materials prepared for client reporting
  • Uncover additional client needs and opportunities, then implement solutions
  • Oversee account financial performance
  • Work with internal teams to develop strategic creative solutions
  • Engage senior leaders from other departments when appropriate
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team as a trusted advisor
  • Maintain strong knowledge of MERGE solutions and resources and act on relevant opportunities

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8–10 years of account management experience in an advertising agency or similar environment across traditional and digital channels
  • Experience in Life Sciences or Pharma, including knowledge of the MLR process and ideally direct-to-consumer work
  • Strong capabilities in strategic ideation, tactical activation, and financial management
  • Knowledge of media objectives, channels, targeting, audiences, KPIs, and measurement, with experience collaborating across media and analytics teams
  • Exceptional professional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead collaboratively and develop and execute client service strategies
  • Advanced client management skills, including growing business with existing clients
  • Strong client commitment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing at least one direct report
  • US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements
