Apraksts

  • Deliver L2 support and troubleshoot Azure, on-premises and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Support Azure virtual machines, load balancers, Azure Firewall and Kubernetes environments.
  • Operate networking services across on-premises and Azure environments.
  • Support AVD, Citrix and Remote Desktop Services, including migrations and proof-of-concept work.
  • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID, Group Policy, Intune, Exchange hybrid and Microsoft 365.
  • Support VMware, Veeam, Infoblox, Windows Failover Clusters and SQL-related infrastructure dependencies.
  • Automate recurring operational work with PowerShell and Azure Automation Runbooks.
  • Configure and improve monitoring with Azure Alerts and SaaS monitoring platforms.
  • Develop operational guidance, procedures and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to FinOps reviews and share cost and optimisation insights with customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to L3 specialists with complete diagnostics and work together on root-cause resolution.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, changes and problem records in ServiceNow, following agreed ITIL processes, service levels and operational procedures.

Prasības

  • Bring 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and managed services.
  • Have broad second-line operations support experience; advanced or L3-level exposure is an advantage.
  • Have hands-on experience with VDI, networking, Azure and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Have experience improving monitoring and automating L2 operational tasks.
  • Have project experience with cloud migrations, AVD replacement or proof-of-concept work.
  • Be experienced in presenting FinOps insights or operational recommendations to customers.
  • Have hands-on experience with ServiceNow in a managed-services environment and apply ITIL practices to incident, request, change and problem management.
  • Speak Dutch at native level.
  • Have full professional proficiency in English.
  • Have limited working proficiency in French.
  • Know Azure infrastructure operations, including virtual machines, load balancers, Azure Firewall and Kubernetes.

  • Have experience with AVD, Citrix and RDS operations and migration support.
  • Know hybrid identity and workplace services, including AD DS, Entra ID, GPO, Intune, Exchange and Microsoft 365.

  • Use PowerShell scripting and Azure Automation Runbooks.
  • Configure Azure Alerts and SaaS monitoring.
  • Understand FinOps and support cloud-cost optimisation.

  • Hold Azure Fundamentals certification.
  • Hold Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
