Customer Service Representative – Milan Hybrid

Apraksts

  • Generate new and repeat business through customer service.
  • Process customer orders, quotes and returns accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Advise customers on product availability, including out-of-stock items.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell related products and promotions.
  • Research customer orders and expedite them when needed.
  • Track delivery dates and product quality against customer requirements.
  • Check that customer orders are processed correctly.
  • Ensure special-handling orders are expedited.
  • Respond to requests for catalogs, information and samples.
  • Assist local customer service and other teams as needed.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.

Prasības

  • Bring 1–2 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Show a strong commitment to excellent customer care and high quality standards.
  • Be motivated to meet goals and comfortable representing Mouser Electronics directly to customers.
  • Communicate professionally in spoken and written Italian and English.
  • Use Microsoft Office proficiently; familiarity with other systems is an advantage.
  • Handle multiple currencies and other requirements for international order processing accurately.
  • Apply analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Plan and organize work in a structured way.
  • Be dependable, principled and energetic.
  • Work independently toward results and collaborate well across cultures.
  • Take initiative to build job knowledge using available resources.
