Senior Brand Performance Support Manager, Hilton
Support Hilton hotels across the Caribbean and Latin America by analyzing performance and implementing brand initiatives. The role focuses on commercial results, loyalty, guest experience, and quality across more than 300 hotels.

- Create and carry out strategic plans through market visits, performance reviews, and virtual consultations.
- Work with hotel leaders to improve revenue, market share, and guest satisfaction.
- Review performance data and market trends to uncover opportunities and improve results.
- Provide training and support for service culture, loyalty program delivery, and team member engagement.
- Promote a consistent, high-quality Hilton Honors experience for guests and team members.
- Connect corporate teams with hotel operations to coordinate standards, initiatives, and regional goals.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to shape decisions and encourage accountability.
- Oversee the rollout of brand initiatives across properties.
- Report to the Senior Director of Brand Performance Support, Caribbean and Latin America.
Reikalavimai
- Bring at least eight years of hospitality experience, with a strong foundation in both operations and commercial strategy.
- Be proficient with Salesforce, GDS, MicroStrategy, PMS, and other hospitality systems.
- Speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Be willing to travel up to 40–50%.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Three years of leadership experience in a property or corporate role is preferred.
- Experience overseeing multiple properties and cross-functional teams is preferred.
