Healthcare Compliance Coordinator, ABA Services
Monitor ABA session-note submissions for a U.S.-based therapy provider. Support RBTs, address documentation barriers, and maintain compliance records while working remotely from South Africa.
Aprašymas
- Review daily Rethink reports to find session notes from the previous day that are missing or unverified.
- Contact RBTs by email, phone, and text to remind them to complete notes and help them do so.
- Use approved email templates to keep communications consistent.
- Spot technical problems or other barriers to timely submission and escalate them to a supervisor when needed.
- Record follow-up communications and their outcomes accurately.
- Build supportive relationships with field staff to encourage timely compliance.
- Work with colleagues to address recurring problems and improve the submission process.
Reikalavimai
- A fixed fibre line with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- Ability to connect via wired Ethernet.
- Reliable backup power for load shedding and outages.
- Must be based in South Africa.
- Familiarity with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) practices and the RBT role is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
- Experience using Rethink is a plus.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage many daily follow-ups.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to protect confidential, sensitive information and handle it professionally, including under HIPAA.
- Understanding of ABA terminology and the importance of session notes is beneficial.
- Healthcare compliance or quality assurance experience is beneficial.
- Ability to adjust communication to different people and situations.
