  • Build and run an AI-assisted outbound operation.
  • Create and improve automated workflows for prospect research, list building, data enrichment, and lead scoring with Claude, other AI tools, and HubSpot.
  • Rank prospects using buying intent and trigger signals.
  • Automate CRM upkeep, activity records, and weekly outbound pipeline reports.
  • Connect with key customers and decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, voice and video messages, and events.
  • Improve positioning and outreach based on customer conversations, objections, and market feedback in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Assess meetings for fit and pass qualified opportunities to sales with relevant context.
  • Earn prospective customers’ trust, especially in longer sales cycles and larger accounts.
  • Review and refine approaches each week, stopping ineffective tactics and expanding successful ones.
  • Automate recurring tasks over time.
  • Record effective strategies and workflows in a playbook that can scale.
  • Work autonomously and report to Stefan, Head of GTM.
  • Measure success by outbound pipeline value and the pipeline or revenue converted.

Reikalavimai

  • Bring 2–5 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience, such as in an SDR or BDR role.
  • Show a track record of generating pipeline personally.
  • Have experience with AI-assisted workflows and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Write persuasive cold outreach messages.
  • Use data to guide your work.
  • Be fluent in German and English.
  • Preferred: Strong experience with Claude, including reusable skills or prompts, tool integrations, and automated research and reporting.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar data enrichment and buying intent tools.
  • Preferred: Experience as an early outbound customer acquisition hire at a startup or fast-growing company.
