Manage Bragi’s German accounting operations for its smart audio platform, from accounts payable and reconciliations to monthly close. Use SAP Business One and finance tools to support automation and efficient workflows.

- Run Bragi’s daily accounting operations.
- Reconcile bank transactions each day and help transition to automated bank feeds and rules-based matching.
- Manage the accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt and compliance checks through pre-accounting and posting in SAP Business One.
- Administer the spend management and pre-accounting platform, including approval workflows, subscriptions, user accounts and the SAP interface.
- Manage the corporate travel tool and check employee expenses against company policy and German travel rules.
- Track and reconcile supplier balances and serve as the primary contact for supplier communications.
- Support month-end close, including general ledger reconciliations and cash entries.
- Partner with the Accounting Manager to improve workflows and introduce automation.
- Deliver accurate, timely monthly close and daily bank reconciliations, while increasing automated invoice processing, maintaining clean supplier balances and advancing automation.
Reikalavimai
- Hold a degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Bring 4–6 years of accounting experience.
- Know German GAAP (HGB), German and intra-EU VAT, including reverse charge, and fixed assets.
- Have very good English; German is an advantage.
- SAP Business One experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with spend management and pre-accounting tools is an advantage.
- Experience with licensing, royalties or digital revenue models is strongly preferred.
- Experience at a growing technology or platform company is preferred.
- Be comfortable with digital tools and interested in applying AI at work.
