Senior Lead Workday HCM Compensation Specialist (Remote, Mexico)

Lead Workday HCM Compensation solutions for Kyndryl, including global compensation cycles, configuration, administration, and system enhancements. This remote Mexico role supports stakeholders across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday HR solutions as a functional expert.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions.
  • Support Workday Compensation while contributing to HCM Core, Staffing and Onboarding, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
  • Partner with the Compensation and Total Rewards team to design and deploy complex global merit and bonus cycles.
  • Analyze, design, develop, and deliver functional enhancements to Workday HR systems and tools.
  • Act as a Workday subject matter expert and participate in Workday releases.
  • Manage annual compensation administration, including merit and incentive processes.
  • Maintain salary administration, job structures, total compensation structures, eligibility rules, communications, and training.
  • Configure, test, and administer annual Workday processes, including performance reviews and compensation cycles.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for business leaders.
  • Audit system data for accuracy and serve as the primary data-entry reviewer.
  • Plan and coordinate departmental readiness for major system updates.
  • Serve as the primary support contact for user questions and take ownership of identified issues.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and identify solutions for Workday product gaps.
  • Provide global support across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree or advanced certifications are preferred.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience as a Workday SME configuring and maintaining HCM Core and Advanced Compensation modules.
  • Experience leading Core and Advanced Compensation cycles in Workday.
  • Experience deploying multiple Workday HCM implementations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills for working with executive leaders and clients.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configuration through clear communication.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and touchpoints across HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, recruiting, and security.
  • Experience supporting HCM Core, Staffing and Onboarding, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
  • Workday Core HR certification.
  • Workday Compensation certification.
  • Solution architecture experience in a large-scale environment is preferred.
  • Experience providing global coverage and supporting stakeholders across multiple regions is preferred.
