  • Manage WhatsApp conversations with assigned REP candidates through the Slack operator console
  • Deliver the correct communication at every onboarding stage, from welcome and questionnaires to KYC, approval, and call scheduling
  • Respond to candidate questions clearly while setting appropriate expectations
  • Follow up with candidates who become inactive or leave forms incomplete
  • Monitor each candidate’s progress through the eight-stage journey and document clear handover notes
  • Protect candidate information and handle data responsibly
  • Escalate agronomy, technical, and eligibility concerns to the relevant team
  • Transfer approved candidates to the Head of REP Program for calls, training, and first-season planning
  • Create and distribute weekly field-visit schedules organized by area
  • Confirm team assignments and routes before deployment, then run daily check-in calls
  • Arrange vehicles, assign them to teams, and coordinate in-field handovers
  • Verify connectivity and equipment readiness before deployment
  • Monitor all scheduled visits and document rescheduling or non-contact reasons
  • Identify and report issues that may prevent planned visits
  • Enter candidate details, land measurements, GPS coordinates, and KYC documents into the shared system on the same day
  • Maintain the master candidate and lead database, reconciling Slack alerts with recorded data
  • Follow up with candidates and field teams to obtain missing information
  • Keep engagement outcomes up to date
  • Prepare the weekly field summary for the Friday operations call

  • Experience in communication, customer support, community mobilization, sales or onboarding, scheduling, operations coordination, or another people-facing field is advantageous
  • Comfort using Slack, WhatsApp, and digital forms
  • Able to guide candidates with limited digital experience through an online process step by step
  • Skilled at coordinating schedules for multiple teams at once
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and tracking tools
  • Reliable and careful when handling candidate information and privacy
  • Organized note-taker who can monitor numerous candidates and field teams concurrently

  • Fluent in English and Swahili
