Grow Robert Half’s finance and accounting staffing business by recruiting professionals, building client relationships, and managing contract and contract-to-hire placements.

- Build business with new and existing clients through negotiation and relationship development.
- Promote Robert Half’s services to accounting and finance hiring managers and decision-makers through phone, video, and in-person meetings.
- Recruit, interview, and match skilled accounting and finance professionals to client projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-hire roles.
- Oversee ongoing engagements and provide strong service to clients and candidates.
- Stay in touch with candidates and offer career guidance.
- Attend local trade association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half’s presence in the business community.

- A degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred.
- At least one year of finance, accounting, or banking experience is preferred.
- At least two years of business development experience in a metrics-driven environment.
- At least one year of success developing new business involving multiple calls and decision-makers.
- A track record of marketing to and closing senior decision-makers at small and midsize businesses, and building mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.
- Working knowledge of a current Windows operating system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with a contact management application such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with accounting and finance department operations.
