Enterprise Sales Executive - Exodigo Remote United States
Drive growth and retention across Exodigo’s enterprise accounts for AI-powered underground mapping solutions. Build strategic relationships across infrastructure, utilities, transportation, and government markets.

- Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Create and execute account plans tied to client capital programs and digital transformation priorities
- Guide the transition from initial account engagement to ongoing account ownership
- Keep CRM data current for account health, forecasting, and growth analysis
- Serve as the main contact for enterprise customers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead recurring business reviews focused on objectives, performance, and return on investment
- Present solutions that respond to changing customer needs and sustain delivered value
- Partner with operations to support project delivery, service adoption, and continued usage
- Develop trusted, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify risks early and drive actions that support lasting customer success
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams
- Share customer insights to shape the product roadmap and go-to-market approach
- Represent customer priorities and needs within the organization
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences
- Represent Exodigo in discussions about infrastructure modernization and digital transformation

- At least three years of experience in enterprise or business-to-government account management or customer success
- Demonstrated success growing and retaining large, complex accounts
- Experience serving public-sector clients is required
- Experience in infrastructure sectors such as utilities or transportation is preferred
- Strong knowledge of enterprise purchasing, procurement, and lengthy project cycles
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Comfort working remotely in a fast-growing organization
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region for in-person client engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Based in Miami, Florida, or Seattle, Washington
