- Respond quickly to businesses facing time-sensitive workforce issues
- Coordinate daily scheduling and shift operations
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
- Build trusted relationships with businesses and provide tailored solutions
- Work with internal teams to improve workflows and create standard operating procedures
- Handle routine customer requests and partner with Business Operations on complex cases
- Use internal systems to track requests, troubleshoot problems, and help businesses use the Traba platform
- Work rotating shifts to maintain consistent support as operations expand to 24/7 coverage
