Customer Experience Associate – TD Canada Trust
Serve customers at TD Canada Trust branches by processing transactions, offering advice, and providing service. Build customer relationships and recommend banking solutions suited to their needs.

- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in line with procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Assess customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating unusual activities when needed.
- Promote banking solutions to meet assigned goals, and complete business processes accurately and on time.
- Explain banking solutions and processes to customers clearly.
- Contribute to team effectiveness and take part in personal performance development.
- Assist coworkers and keep the team informed about routine activities.
- Provide quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

- High school diploma or at least one year of relevant experience.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and internet use.
- Use initiative and work accurately with close attention to detail.
- Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Established customer experience skills.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective way.
