Business and Operations Assistant
Support members of a credit cooperative with customer service and financial operations, including cash transactions, credit requests, account records, and branch products and services.

- Help members use ATMs and mobile banking, answer questions about cooperative products and services, and support branch operations
- Provide scripted telephone assistance to help members resolve issues
- Refer members to the appropriate departments and explain products, services, and negotiation options
- Promote internet banking, mobile banking, and other electronic service channels
- Identify member needs and support the promotion of suitable financial products and services
- Gather account-opening documents, maintain customer records, and help with initial approvals under supervision
- Check credit restrictions, conduct preliminary repayment-capacity assessments, and document requested credit facilities
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, envelope and cash-bag processing, and ATM cash replenishment
- Keep the work area organized; file documents; and manage, store, deliver, and dispose of physical materials according to applicable standards
- Help the team respond to and resolve requests, coordinate with other departments, and assist management with product and service prospecting and negotiations

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Agribusiness, Economics, or a related discipline
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Strong computer skills
- CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification from Anbima is preferred
- A valid Category B driver’s license, personal vehicle for travel, and willingness to travel are preferred
- Experience in customer service, cash handling, and administrative processes is an advantage
- Training in sales methods and customer service is an advantage
- Knowledge of financial institutions, credit unions, and financial products and services is an advantage
