Temporary HR Advisor - Monterrey Hybrid

Description

  • Deliver timely, accurate HR service and resolve initial inquiries from employees, managers, and HR teams.
  • Support Human Resources Operations and business units with administrative transactions, data checks, audits, and corrections.
  • Assist policy and procedure subject matter experts.
  • Audit HR information systems to maintain accurate data.
  • Review and improve process designs and workflows.
  • Recommend interpretations of HR policies.
  • Develop and deliver training presentations.
  • Investigate and resolve employee matters involving internal and external clients and vendors.
  • Act as an advocate for employees and HR customers.
  • Advance process improvement, quality, and compliance initiatives.
  • Analyze data problems and identify their root causes.
  • Apply Lean practices in daily work and projects.
  • Analyze information and prepare recurring HR reports.
  • Meet quality standards, performance goals, metrics, and targets.
  • Support data migration and audit activities during acquisitions.
  • Maintain grading structure alignment and support Gender Pay Reporting.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors.
  • Encourage employee use of self-service tools.

Requirements

  • University-level theoretical knowledge.
  • A university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fewer than one year of relevant prior experience.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Basic familiarity with the Carrier organization.
  • A proactive approach to work.
