Senior Manager, Client Services – Houston (Hybrid)

Lead Fragomen Nomadic’s US client services function, managing teams and strategic relationships. Oversee immigration, business travel, and cross-border compliance services across the Americas.

Description

  • Lead the US Nomadic commercial team and provide senior operational oversight
  • Manage US-based Client Services Managers directly
  • Coach managers and build stronger leadership capabilities
  • Advise on operational, client, and people matters, including escalations
  • Assign responsibilities and resources across the US operation
  • Foster collaboration between US staff and Nomadic colleagues in other regions
  • Develop relationships with key US and global clients
  • Manage strategic accounts and complex client matters
  • Support retention through proactive engagement, service reviews, and emerging-needs analysis
  • Find opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional Nomadic services
  • Contribute to client pitches, demonstrations, RFPs, and commercial discussions
  • Develop business opportunities across the United States and wider Americas
  • Represent Fragomen Nomadic at industry events, conferences, and networking activities
  • Contribute to regional strategy and business planning
  • Track US operational performance, service quality, and client trends
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Help implement global Nomadic initiatives across the Americas
  • Act as a senior escalation point
  • Connect operational delivery with commercial priorities and growth strategy

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in global mobility, immigration, business travel, professional services, or a related discipline
  • Track record of managing and developing teams, including experienced managers
  • Strong client relationship management experience with senior stakeholders
  • Commercial judgment and the ability to develop opportunities with current and prospective clients
  • Experience contributing to business development, proposals, pitches, or strategic account growth
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a global matrix organization
  • Proactive, commercially focused approach that balances service quality with growth goals
  • Experience in business travel immigration, consular services, or cross-border compliance is especially valuable
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening
  • Legal authorization to work in the position’s location
