Description
- Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, and networking events
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable applicants
- Interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
- Help prepare and publish job advertisements
- Maintain candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics
- Deliver a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and role requirements
- Identify prospective talent through Indeed, Upwork, Behance, and LinkedIn
- Track industry developments, market conditions, and recruiting best practices
- Use an applicant tracking system to organize workflows and keep candidate records accurate
- Report to the HR and Recruitment Head
Requirements
- Bring up to three years of experience; recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
- Show a clear interest in human resources and recruitment
- Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
- Have familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Track candidates across multiple openings while maintaining reliable records
- Experience recruiting or collaborating with UI/UX designers is helpful
- Understanding design roles and creative portfolios is an advantage
- English proficiency is required
