Healthcare Partnerships Business Development Manager

Build CareSteps’ healthcare partner network by winning B2B clients and turning international nursing qualification needs into course enrollments.

Description

  • Source and win partners such as hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics, and international recruitment agencies.
  • Own the sales cycle from first contact and consultation through proposals and signed contracts.
  • Assess partners’ recognition and qualification needs, then coordinate suitable programs with the education team.
  • Support new partners and build a consistent pipeline of course participants.
  • Record contacts, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM, and monitor revenue potential and planned course launches.
  • Represent CareSteps at industry events, sector networks, and partner visits.
  • Work with the executive team and share market insights to help develop the offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management, ideally in healthcare, international skilled-worker recruitment, or education.
  • A track record of winning new customers and building business relationships.
  • Understanding of the challenges healthcare providers face when employing internationally trained nurses, or the ability to learn quickly and thoroughly.
  • Existing contacts at hospitals, nursing facilities, or recruitment agencies are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of professional recognition, equivalency exams, and funding opportunities is welcome.
  • Proactive communication, confident negotiation, and reliable follow-up through longer decision-making cycles.
  • An independent, organized, and results-focused approach to work.
  • Fluent German and confident English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to partner locations in Germany.
