Product Expert – Customs and Foreign Trade Data (Hybrid, Germany)

Join Reguvis as a product expert supporting customers with customs and foreign trade data solutions. Help users integrate and apply customs tariffs, sanctions lists, and rules of origin.

Description

  • Act as the primary support contact for customers and business partners using the Customs & Foreign Trade product portfolio.
  • Respond to support requests quickly and focus on practical, effective solutions.
  • Build detailed knowledge of TARIFE Premium / Export, HADDEX Sanctions Lists, Rules of Origin & Preferences, and their practical applications.
  • Help customers and partners integrate the products into their existing system environments.
  • Recognize customer needs and contribute insights to product development and process improvement.
  • Deliver enhancements together with subject-matter experts and IT colleagues.
  • Carry out day-to-day product maintenance activities.
  • Keep product and process documentation accurate and dependable.
  • Provide backup for quotations, license assessments, and order processing during busy periods and staff absences.
  • Coordinate customer requests across the relevant internal teams.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training.
  • Hands-on experience with foreign trade data products and their integration into software solutions.
  • Working knowledge of customs tariffs, sanctions lists, and rules of origin.
  • Initial experience in customer service, customer care, or customer success, preferably within customs, foreign trade, or compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP GTS, Klopotek, HubSpot, or similar systems is beneficial.
  • Communicate confidently and work conscientiously in a structured manner.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities.
  • Very good German and English skills at C1 level.
