Part-Time Remote Customer Service Advisor – Gea Internacional, Peru

Description
- Receive customer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Provide prompt solutions and effective alternatives to customer questions.
- Recommend plan upgrades that benefit customers.
- Work remotely as a customer service advisor.
Requirements
- Secondary education.
- No prior work experience required.
- A positive attitude, commitment, and motivation to grow in the contact center field.
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with a rotating weekly day off.
- Availability for one of the shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
