Junior Collections Analyst – São Paulo Hybrid

Description

  • Support collections operations by following internal procedures, reducing delinquency, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Contact customers proactively and reactively by phone, email, WhatsApp, and other service channels.
  • Negotiate overdue balances and offer payment arrangements aligned with company policies.
  • Issue payment slips, follow up on promised payments, and monitor active negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate customer account details and log interactions in internal systems.
  • Monitor credit recovery and delinquency performance indicators.
  • Assist with collection workflows and credit recovery campaigns.
  • Escalate specific cases to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve collection processes.
  • Follow internal standards, company policies, and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
  • Work ethically and courteously while prioritizing a strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required; students pursuing Business Administration, Financial Management, Management Processes, or a related degree are preferred.
  • Previous experience in collections, customer service, or negotiation is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work comfortably with business systems and customer service tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
