Description
- Serve as clients’ main contact and build lasting working relationships.
- Support clients by email, phone, virtual presentations, screen sharing, and in-person meetings.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and client stakeholders.
- Deliver solutions on time and in line with client needs and objectives.
- Update internal and external stakeholders on monthly and quarterly initiatives.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics and goals.
- Take ownership of new requests and identify ways to add value to the department and organization.
- Maintain client satisfaction through responsive day-to-day service.
- Track and analyze how customers use Bosta’s service.
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Have spent at least six months in the same role at Bosta.
- Have maintained a quality score or KPI result of 85% or higher over the past six months.
- Have no prior warnings.
