Description
- Own delivery of complex technology transformation, infrastructure, and service transition programmes from initiation through completion
- Coordinate plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and outcomes across concurrent workstreams
- Lead service transition and operational readiness activities
- Manage handover to RUN and production support, including knowledge transfer, service acceptance, go-live, and hypercare
- Develop and influence relationships with Product, Engineering, Operations, Service Management, and third-party vendor stakeholders
- Run governance forums, support decisions, and drive issue resolution
- Identify and implement automation, AIOps, and AI-enabled operational improvements
- Streamline processes, raise service quality, and deliver measurable business value
- Oversee governance, risk management, and executive reporting
- Create dashboards, RAID logs, decision registers, and updates for senior management
- Ensure adherence to control and regulatory obligations
- Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and ServiceNow to support delivery, governance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Demonstrated success delivering complex technology transformation programmes and projects in large enterprise or regulated settings
- Strong technical project management experience spanning infrastructure, platforms, operations, service management, or production technology
- Capability to manage senior stakeholders, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources, and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Understanding of RUN organisations, operational readiness, service transition, production support models, and IT service management processes
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL principles
- Practical experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and ServiceNow
- Ability to turn technical complexity into clear business outcomes and executive-level communications
- Experience working with outsourced service providers and cloud or enterprise technology environments
- Experience delivering automation, workflow optimisation, AIOps, GenAI, or AI-enabled operational improvements
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and optimise workflows
- Sound critical judgment regarding the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL are advantageous
