HR Manager – Cracow Hybrid

Lead strategic and operational HR support across EMEA for a global financial services organisation. Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, organisational change and talent initiatives.

Description

  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders across EMEA.
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation.
  • Guide managers through complex people matters while maintaining commercially sound and legally compliant outcomes.
  • Coach managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness and people-management capability.
  • Support organisational change, restructuring and business transformation programmes.
  • Lead performance management activities, including goal setting, reviews and development planning.
  • Contribute to talent management, succession planning and employee development programmes.
  • Analyse HR metrics and insights to identify trends and support business decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to advance employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with global HR colleagues to provide a consistent employee experience.
  • Contribute to broader people projects as the organisation continues to grow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
  • Working knowledge of UK and EU employment law and employee-relations best practices.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience in professional services, legal services, financial services, technology or another regulated sector is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee-relations cases and organisational change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercially focused approach.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
  • Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a growing international organisation.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable.
