Enterprise Sales Director, Cybersecurity

Lead Semperis’ enterprise sales expansion across Tennessee, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Win complex cybersecurity opportunities while building executive-level customer and partner relationships.

Description

  • Lead and execute Semperis’ enterprise sales strategy across Tennessee, Louisiana, and Arkansas
  • Develop, advance, and close complex, high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Generate pipeline through prospecting, executive outreach, partner development, and market-building initiatives
  • Shape account strategies for both new-logo acquisition and expansion opportunities
  • Strengthen relationships with customers and partners
  • Work with channel and alliance teams to broaden territory reach and coverage
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Channel, BDR, and Marketing teams
  • Lead discovery that connects customer challenges and business risks with Semperis solutions
  • Use MEDDPICC for qualification, deal planning, stakeholder mapping, and forecasting
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, territory plans, and CRM data quality
  • Represent Semperis at industry events, customer forums, and executive meetings

Requirements

  • At least five years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or related technology solutions
  • Demonstrated success selling to large enterprises and managing complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, identity security, or related cybersecurity categories is highly advantageous
  • Proven record of winning complex enterprise business, exceeding growth goals, and meeting quota consistently over multiple years
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and stakeholders in security, identity, infrastructure, and risk functions
  • Strong capabilities in prospecting, market development, and territory planning
  • Ability to create and execute account-based and territory-based sales strategies
  • Technical and commercial credibility with both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to communicate business value and support enterprise investment decisions
  • Experience using a structured enterprise sales methodology; MEDDPICC expertise is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with channel and strategic partners
  • Strong ownership and self-direction in a high-growth or scale-up setting
  • Clear, credible, and results-focused communication skills
  • Based in Tennessee and able to travel throughout the territory as needed
