Description
- Support clients with location data using proprietary tools
- Manipulate data and resolve discrepancies in line with established guidelines and best practices
- Deliver customer-facing services that strengthen satisfaction and retention
- Audit listing data to uphold accuracy and quality standards
- Complete deliverables on schedule while meeting agreed SLAs and individual targets
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide consistent client support
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field
- Careful and detail-focused approach with a strong commitment to data accuracy and client success
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort following detailed processes
- Excellent organization skills for managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
- Experience with data manipulation and audit processes is advantageous
- Strong written, spoken, and reading proficiency in English
- Advanced Google Sheets knowledge is advantageous
- Experience using AI tools is highly advantageous
