Description

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Translate analytical findings into reports, dashboards, and materials for executive audiences
  • Assess alternatives and tradeoffs to deliver data-informed recommendations
  • Improve and scale Employee Relations reporting frameworks, metrics, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Develop practical data models and reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with Leader Consulting, Legal, and Crisis organizations to define reporting needs and align technical requirements
  • Connect siloed reporting sources into a unified narrative
  • Apply data visualization and storytelling to communicate trends and business insights to leaders
  • Use AI tools responsibly for analytics and reporting while safeguarding privacy, confidentiality, and security
  • Balance ongoing analysis with strategic initiatives that advance reporting, analysis, and data storytelling

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, people analytics, project management, business intelligence, or a related discipline
  • Experience in Employee Relations, HR, People Analytics, or another people-focused function
  • Demonstrated ability to perform statistical and trend analysis that informs business decisions
  • Proficiency with AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Airtable, or comparable platforms
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data
  • Ability to turn complex findings into concise, actionable insights for leadership audiences
  • Ability to translate business questions into appropriate analytical approaches
  • Ability to make recommendations that support strategic and operational decisions
  • Experience handling confidential, highly sensitive information with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Preferred: experience with HR Acuity reporting capabilities
  • Preferred: experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Preferred: experience developing or scaling organization-wide reporting frameworks
  • Preferred: familiarity with data management, governance, and combining multiple data sources
  • Preferred: strong communication skills for turning complex data into actionable leadership insights
