Director of Business Operations
Lead business systems, data, and AI programs for The Suite’s executive communities, shaping the tools and processes that support their operations.
Description
- Own the business systems stack and set its roadmap
- Establish standards for internal tools, automations, and agents
- Review Airtable systems and determine what to retain, improve, migrate, or rebuild
- Map and improve processes across teams
- Eliminate redundant tools and automations, unnecessary notifications, and avoidable meetings
- Manage the Business Operations team across IT helpdesk, Airtable upkeep, vendor management, and process documentation
- Direct a company-wide effort to resolve email deliverability issues
- Work with Engineering to develop and maintain a unified data layer spanning HubSpot, Postgres, Airtable, and other sources
- Lead The Suite’s AI transformation and enablement program
- Guide the cross-functional AI Enablement team
- Help teams deploy and retire AI automations and agents they have built
Requirements
- Demonstrated success designing and operating business systems at scale, preferably at SaaS or high-growth companies
- Hands-on experience with a modern operations toolkit such as HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier, n8n, Google Workspace, Ramp, and Chargebee
- Experience building AI agents and enabling others to build them
- Experience piloting internal AI initiatives and integrating them into regular operations
- History of auditing complex automation environments, reducing technical debt, and establishing documentation and tool standards
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability infrastructure and best practices
- Experience consolidating data from sources such as HubSpot, Postgres, and Airtable into unified reporting
- Experience leading operations teams and driving cross-functional change
- Strategic judgment and clear communication
- Authorized to work legally in the United States
