- Deliver recurring plan administration services under the guidance of senior analysts
- Investigate and resolve participant inquiries related to eligibility, calculation discrepancies, and service delivery
- Examine system issues and verify compliance with established requirements
- Review benefit reports, including Business Requirements Documents, and take appropriate action
- Process retirement benefit applications and validate the accuracy of submitted information
- Investigate prior service records and associated credits
- Develop and provide training for team members
- Collaborate with plan administrators on tasks and projects to support consistent service delivery
- Maintain and update documentation, work papers, and audit trails for completeness and accuracy
- Act as a liaison for clients’ human resources teams and vendor support providers
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of pensions or defined-benefit plans, with more than five years of experience
- Intermediate to advanced expertise in pension calculations and audit support
- Experience with reporting, SQL, and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients about pension matters
