Site Reliability Engineer in Singapore
Join TDCX as a Site Reliability Engineer in Singapore, building scalable and fault-tolerant systems for a global BPO and customer experience solutions provider. The role focuses on infrastructure automation, performance monitoring, and continuous reliability improvements.
विवरण
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems
- Partner with software engineering teams to build applications with reliability and performance in mind
- Create and maintain automation that improves efficiency, reduces manual intervention, and streamlines routine operations
- Monitor and assess system performance to detect and resolve bottlenecks before users are affected
- Prepare infrastructure to support rapid growth in web traffic and machine learning data processing
- Take part in 24/7 on-call rotations, including scheduled shifts and holidays
- Apply sustainable practices to on-call response
- Perform root-cause analysis and lead blameless post-mortems to prevent recurring issues
- Deploy monitoring practices and tools based on SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs
- Configure automated alerts and metrics for tracking system health and performance
- Apply and maintain established security best practices
- Verify that systems comply with applicable regulatory requirements
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Software Engineer
- Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language, such as Python, Go, C++, or Java
- Proficiency in shell scripting
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and open-source technologies
- Sound understanding of network architecture
- Working knowledge of relational databases and database modeling
- Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
- Experience with or exposure to machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, or PaddlePaddle is preferred
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and practices such as Prometheus and Grafana is preferred
- Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and effective cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
