- Manage Global and Regional Systems Integrator partnerships to grow customer acquisition and consumption.
- Help partners with business planning, pipeline development, quarterly reviews, marketing, enablement, and sales across go-to-market models.
- Build cross-functional partner relationships to deliver business plans.
- Extend partnerships into new service lines and industry sectors.
- Develop relationships with senior partner stakeholders, including partners and managing directors.
- Plan and deliver events for the partner community.
- Present Snowflake’s partnership proposition to stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
- Coordinate stakeholders on opportunities in shared accounts.
- Report to the Regional Partner Director for EMEA Central.
- Help partners build profitable revenue streams and grow Snowflake’s partner ecosystem and business.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least seven years of professional experience in channel management, software or services sales, consulting, or business development in cloud or software technology.
- Experience working with systems integrators such as KPMG, EY, Capgemini, or Atos to use their strategic influence in joint technology sales.
- A record of generating pipeline and bookings through existing partners and recruiting targeted new partners.
- Understanding of cloud technology, AI/ML, data, analytics, APIs, and platforms.
- Ability to develop, lead, and implement strategy in a cross-functional setting.
- Strong executive sales and business development skills, with an understanding of partner go-to-market and organizational models.
- Ability to create and present business plans, track and communicate program progress, and document program guidance for internal and external audiences.
- Excellent spoken and written German and English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% in some months.
