  • Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters.
  • Work with Engineering leaders to turn business priorities into recruiting plans.
  • Manage engineering leadership searches from first conversations through assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
  • Create and improve scalable recruiting processes, including evergreen pipelines, team matching, and structured interviews.
  • Build interviewer pools and strengthen calibration, interview quality, and candidate assessment.
  • Manage recruiting delivery using pipeline health, pass-through rates, time to fill, and offer outcomes.
  • Improve applicant tracking system data quality and reporting.
  • Direct recruiting resources across priority searches and proactive pipeline development.
  • Partner with People and compensation teams on hiring plans, leveling, and offers.
  • Help shape an early-career recruiting strategy.
  • Set standards for candidate experience, hiring-manager communication, and recruiting execution.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring strong Engineering hiring expertise and a record of personally completing senior and leadership searches.
  • Have approximately two or more years of direct people management experience.
  • Show success building or scaling Engineering recruiting processes with a lean team.
  • Know evergreen pipelines, team matching, interviewer calibration, and structured assessment.
  • Have experience working with senior Engineering leaders.
  • Be comfortable balancing hands-on recruiting with team leadership.
  • Use recruiting data to find bottlenecks and guide improvements.
  • Have experience improving applicant tracking workflows, reporting, and data quality.
  • Adapt practices from larger organizations to a growing business with limited resources.
  • Early-career recruiting or program-building experience is a plus.
