- Coordinate People Solutions to support talent acquisition, development, and organizational health.
- Advance initiatives aligned with the firm’s vision, growth, and people strategy.
- Advise on employee relations, employment law, and workplace policies.
- Coordinate performance management and compensation reviews.
- Investigate workplace concerns and help resolve employee issues.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Roll out firm-wide People Solutions initiatives and support their adoption.
- Lead diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Guide and mentor the talent management team.
- Support colleagues’ professional growth and development.
- Grow the business through client relationships, proposals, presentations, strategic pursuits, and account development.
- Contribute to special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- Eight years of relevant experience in talent management or a related field.
- Working knowledge of talent management principles, processes, methods, and quality standards.
- Ability to assess information, identify issues, document findings, and communicate practical recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and team systems, applications, research tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage priorities, keep complete and accurate records, protect confidential information, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, and professional judgment skills.
