Advise Onity on compensation decisions, incentive plans, governance, and compliance. Build compensation analytics, communications, and programs to support consistent pay practices.

- Evaluate and develop pay recommendations for merit increases, market adjustments, new hires, transfers, promotions, retention actions, and other compensation events.
- Apply compensation philosophy, salary structures, market data, internal equity, performance, experience, geographic factors, and business context to develop recommendations and alternatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to inequity, pay compression, compliance, employee relations, and retention.
- Advise Human Resources partners and business leaders on complex or sensitive compensation decisions.
- Participate in salary surveys and assess survey methodologies, job matches, peer groups, and data quality.
- Design, evaluate, and help govern incentive compensation plans.
- Assess incentive plan effectiveness and prepare alternative designs, models, terms, eligibility rules, performance measures, and payout mechanics.
- Develop and administer retention and severance programs.
- Monitor plan and program operations and recommend corrective or forward-looking changes.
- Create compensation communications, training, tools, and guidance.
- Support pay transparency initiatives, disclosures, and related practices.
- Interpret and apply compensation laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Track legislative, regulatory, litigation, and market developments and recommend appropriate changes.
- Maintain decision records, program documentation, approval evidence, and audit-readiness controls.
- Improve compensation processes, analytics, governance, and stakeholder experiences.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools, models, controls, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR technology teams, and business leaders to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5–7 years of progressively responsible compensation experience, including complex analysis, program design, and consultation with senior stakeholders.
- Expert knowledge of broad-based compensation, market pricing, pay equity and compression analysis, salary structures, incentive compensation, and compensation governance.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to assess incomplete or conflicting information, develop alternatives, and make well-supported recommendations.
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgment within company philosophy, policies, governance, and approval requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling, compensation survey and market-pricing platforms, and human resources information systems.
- Experience with data visualization or analytical tools is preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional designation or comparable expertise is preferred.
