Remote Pharma MarTech Account Manager in Malaysia at Viseven
Lead APAC account growth for Viseven, a B2B MarTech provider serving pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. Manage enterprise relationships, digital solutions, and the complete sales cycle.

- Grow business across the assigned APAC territory
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospect identification and acquisition through closing
- Expand and scale existing customer accounts
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Serve as a strategic advisor by recommending solutions from Viseven’s portfolio
- Create and execute account plans focused on growth, upselling, and expansion
- Oversee account profitability, budgeting, and financial performance
- Lead portfolio initiatives and related projects
- Coordinate communication among customers, regional teams, and internal functions
- Track solution and service adoption, remove blockers, and improve outcomes
- Maintain customer satisfaction through engagement, issue resolution, and expectation management
- Lead customer meetings and present Viseven solutions
- Partner with Sales and Delivery on opportunities, onboarding, and execution
- Increase Viseven’s network and visibility across regional organizations
- Coordinate digital projects and client solutions with support from technical teams
- Identify account expansion opportunities across divisions and clusters
- Design scalable onboarding processes for strategic accounts
- Research the market and uncover new sales opportunities
- Introduce improvements to workflows and processes
- Document procedures and maintain sales department records
आवश्यकताएँ
- Based in the APAC region
- Native or fluent Japanese and English proficiency
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Experience with SaaS, MarTech, or enterprise software is preferred
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise client portfolios, including account budgets and P&L
- Strong client engagement skills at both strategic and operational levels
- Capability in project and account management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and digital transformation trends is advantageous
- Professional experience with the Japanese market is required
- Ability to interpret data, KPIs, and market trends
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent, plus forecasting tools
- Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning
