- Welcome new and existing RACV members at the Wodonga retail store
- Respond to enquiries about home and car insurance, emergency assistance, travel insurance, and attraction tickets
- Support the Memberline Contact Centre by handling inbound home and motor insurance calls
- Resolve member needs promptly through thoughtful, personalised conversations
- Understand member requirements, explain options, and recommend appropriate motoring solutions
- Provide consistently exceptional, member-focused service
- Complete seven weeks of paid full-time training covering virtual classes, retail-store experience, buddy sessions, and continued support
- Work the designated rostered hours once training is complete
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience providing customer service face to face
- Experience supporting customers by phone
- Previous success against sales targets and KPIs is advantageous but not required
- Motivated, self-directed, and committed to achieving results
- Comfortable working across multiple systems
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and focused on creating positive member experiences
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team
- Experience in a comparable position is advantageous
- Substantial experience in a phone-based customer service role is advantageous
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Willing to consent to a criminal record check
