Junior Remote Administrative Assistant - CTS Operations
Remote administrative assistant role supporting CTS deposits, account openings, and service requests for Interbank. The position involves managing inboxes, PPAweb, and operational controls.
विवरण
- Review and manage daily messages received in assigned CTS inboxes
- Identify and classify CTS-related requests
- Run established macros and workflows to process requests
- Forward messages unrelated to the CTS process
- Verify that submitted information is complete
- Track requests requiring review or still pending
- Record and process CTS deposit requests on Interbank platforms
- Use operational applications such as PPAweb
- Enter and validate information submitted by companies
- Check request statuses and update operational tracking records
- Address operational observations and incidents
- Meet established service-level response times
- Process emails requesting the creation of new CTS accounts
- Review the information required for account opening
- Record requests in the designated application
- Open accounts according to Interbank procedures
- Send account-creation confirmations
- Follow up on requests containing observations
आवश्यकताएँ
- Six months to one year of experience in back-office work, banking operations, data processing, or administrative functions
- Experience with financial products, CTS, or high-volume processing is preferred
- Experience using operations-management applications or platforms, preferably PPAweb
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Ability to work with large volumes of information
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
- Goal-oriented approach and ability to meet SLAs
- Availability for remote work
- Technical studies or university coursework, completed degree, or graduate status
- Knowledge of operations processing, PPAweb, and intermediate Excel
