Franchise and Property Coordinator - Philippines Remote

Coordinate franchise, leasing and property administration for an Australian food and retail business. Manage documentation, trackers, reporting and operational support for new stores, renewals and refurbishments.

  • Manage franchise pipelines, candidate records and opportunity trackers
  • Keep LeaseEagle and ProLease records current and support franchise administration
  • Track franchise renewals, expiries, options, rent reviews and other critical dates
  • Coordinate franchise applications, NDAs, interviews, approvals and supporting documents
  • Create and maintain complete franchisee records
  • Handle administration for new stores, resales, renewals and settlements
  • Monitor and follow up on open actions with franchisees and internal stakeholders
  • Produce weekly and monthly pipeline reports and meeting updates
  • Maintain lease records, documents, landlord correspondence and property administration data
  • Support new-site administration, due diligence packs and approval materials
  • Coordinate landlord paperwork and leasing-related actions
  • Keep refurbishment and store-closure trackers accurate and up to date
  • Organise plans, quotes, approvals, permits and other project records
  • Support purchase orders, invoice monitoring and project cost administration
  • Follow up with suppliers and contractors on required documents and project actions
  • Support store handovers and openings, including project close-out records
  • Keep Franchise, Property and Finance system data accurate and consistent
  • Provide support with document filing, reporting and general administration
  • Assist with approved Finance, IT and Payroll data-cleansing and administrative projects as capacity permits

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Based in the Philippines
  • Background in franchise, leasing, property or a related administrative function
  • Able to manage documentation, trackers, key dates and follow-up activities
  • Highly organised, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities accurately
  • Detail-oriented when maintaining records, documents and business data
  • Experience coordinating administrative workflows among internal teams, franchisees, landlords, suppliers and contractors
  • Consistent and effective follow-up skills
  • Experience maintaining structured business records and system data; LeaseEagle or ProLease experience is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with reporting, data cleansing, document management and general administration
  • Able to work independently, balance competing priorities and provide dependable support across Franchise, Leasing, Property, Design and Construction functions
  • Available approximately 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, in alignment with Australian business hours
  • Willing to work as an independent contractor
  • Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client engagements
  • Must identify the engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
