Enterprise Business Development Manager, UAE (Hybrid)
Grow PenLink’s digital intelligence and AI business across the UAE and GCC. Manage strategic accounts, executive relationships, sales pipelines, and complex deals.

- Find and develop new business across the UAE and GCC
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Develop relationships with target account stakeholders and decision-makers
- Work with executives, business leaders, and operational teams to understand customer needs
- Lead sales from prospecting and qualification through proposals, negotiation, and contract signing
- Present solutions through presentations, workshops, and demonstrations
- Partner with presales, product, and delivery teams on customer engagements
- Coordinate RFP and RFI responses and commercial proposals
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline accuracy, and forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of enterprise technology sales experience
- A track record of generating and closing new business
- Experience selling software, cybersecurity, analytics, data intelligence, or AI solutions to government organizations
- Experience working with large enterprise organizations in the UAE
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- A self-directed, entrepreneurial approach and focus on results
- Fluent English
- Existing relationships with major enterprise accounts in the UAE and GCC preferred
- Experience selling to energy, utilities, telecommunications, financial services, aviation, logistics, or critical infrastructure sectors preferred
- Knowledge of OSINT, cyber intelligence, risk management, compliance, investigations, or AI technologies preferred
- Experience at a fast-growing technology company preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
