- Deliver over-the-phone and video remote interpretation.
- Support conversations in medical, social service, customer care, and financial settings.
- Use consecutive interpretation techniques.
- Protect confidentiality and maintain professional standards.
- Follow attendance, schedule, quality, and operating requirements.
- Complete recruitment, technical checks, and client onboarding before the assigned start date.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Have at least six months of verifiable professional experience in remote English-Spanish OPI and/or VRI interpretation.
- Speak and write English at an advanced C1 level or higher.
- Have native or native-level Spanish fluency, strong comprehension, and active listening skills.
- Provide accurate, complete, impartial, and professional consecutive interpretation.
- Know terminology used in medical, financial, and social service settings.
- Understand patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA-related requirements.
- Demonstrate close attention to detail, active listening, composure, and neutrality in sensitive situations.
- Meet attendance, schedule, quality, and operating standards consistently.
- Work independently in a quiet, professional setting.
- Use a stable internet connection via Ethernet directly connected to the router or modem; Wi-Fi is not allowed.
- Use a client-approved compatible USB headset; Bluetooth, mono headsets, and built-in microphones are not allowed.
- Have a computer with an Intel Core i5 processor, 6th generation or newer.
- Have a 720p or 1080p webcam.
- Use an up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox browser.
- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for confidential interpretation sessions.
- Be available to complete recruitment, technical verification, and client onboarding before the assigned start date.
