Tavsif

  • Interpret conversations between English- and Spanish-speaking individuals with accuracy and impartiality.
  • Deliver over-the-phone and video remote interpretation.
  • Support conversations in medical, social service, customer care, and financial settings.
  • Use consecutive interpretation techniques.
  • Protect confidentiality and maintain professional standards.
  • Follow attendance, schedule, quality, and operating requirements.
  • Complete recruitment, technical checks, and client onboarding before the assigned start date.

Talablar

  • Have at least six months of verifiable professional experience in remote English-Spanish OPI and/or VRI interpretation.
  • Speak and write English at an advanced C1 level or higher.
  • Have native or native-level Spanish fluency, strong comprehension, and active listening skills.
  • Provide accurate, complete, impartial, and professional consecutive interpretation.
  • Know terminology used in medical, financial, and social service settings.
  • Understand patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA-related requirements.
  • Demonstrate close attention to detail, active listening, composure, and neutrality in sensitive situations.
  • Meet attendance, schedule, quality, and operating standards consistently.
  • Work independently in a quiet, professional setting.
  • Use a stable internet connection via Ethernet directly connected to the router or modem; Wi-Fi is not allowed.
  • Use a client-approved compatible USB headset; Bluetooth, mono headsets, and built-in microphones are not allowed.
  • Have a computer with an Intel Core i5 processor, 6th generation or newer.
  • Have a 720p or 1080p webcam.
  • Use an up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox browser.
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for confidential interpretation sessions.
  • Be available to complete recruitment, technical verification, and client onboarding before the assigned start date.
